Description
The worktop is AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with thickness of 1 mm. Cast iron cooking grid, one side meat, opposite side fish. A removable stainless steel drawer collects the grease released during the cooking. The independent burners, in the full module models (80 cm) allow different cooking options.
